The Coed-y-Mwstwr Country House Hotel is a Victorian mansion set in a leafy, wooded hillside on the outskirts of Bridgend.
WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE COED-Y-MWSTWR
The Coed-y-Mwstwr Hotel prides itself on its warm and friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff. I can confirm they live up to their reputation and I always love coming here! It is such a relaxed and peaceful setting to spend your wedding day, especially with its recent addition of The Folly – I was the first photographer to photograph a wedding here!
It makes perfect use of both indoor and outdoor space and drinks receptions are wonderful on the lawn next to The Folly after your ceremony.
At The Coed-y-Mwstwr the opportunities for wedding photos are perfect, the steps in front of the house, the grounds with its beautiful trees, the woodland at the back of the house and the newer white marble steps by The Folly. And if you get married in May, the Wisteria on the front of the house makes a beautiful backdrop to your wedding photos!
